Web Design Questionnaire

This preliminary questionnaire is an important part of the website building process. It helps organise the goals for your project in a way that we can understand and use to accurately provide you with a proposal. Please fill out this document to the best of your ability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS*

Our payment terms for web design projects are as follows;

1. Deposit: Quote Acceptance & Info Gathering

10% of total required to commence development and allocation of resources.

2. Draft Design & Consultation

40% of total required upon completion of the draft Design and Consultation phase.

3. Development, Testing & Launch

Final 50% of total required to initiate site launch, plus first month’s webhosting (if applicable). Thereafter monthly webhosting must be paid in a timely manner to ensure the website remains live.
